If you have already placed an order on our web site or by telephone with one of our customer service agents, the Estimated Processing Time for your order can be found on the Order Confirmation email you were sent at the time it was placed.
You can also access your Order Receipt which will also have the processing time by visiting the My Order page. Simply login with the 8-10 digit Order Number and 6 digit PIN you were provided in your confirmation email.
